Eligible customers may submit return requests through their FWSB customer account where this functionality is available.
Submitting a return request does not automatically guarantee approval. Eligibility will be reviewed according to the applicable return conditions and consumer rights.
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain opened, used or unsealed beauty, cosmetic, skincare, personal-care or hygiene products may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns.
This does not restrict remedies that may be available for damaged, defective, incorrect, expired or otherwise non-conforming products under applicable law.
